Advanced Leadership Institute
Be Inspired
Learners who complete six program credits are invited to attend the ICRS Advanced Leadership Institute as the final requirement to the ICRS certificate program. Learners have the opportunity to network with peers, hear inspiring speakers, celebrate their accomplishments and explore important questions including:
- What are the next steps in your career?
- How do you want to be remembered?
- What will be your legacy?

Advanced Leadership Institute
In Spring 2024, 27 scholars from around the world gathered in Washington, D.C. for the second biennial ICRS Advanced Leadership Institute.
The three-day, invitation-only event featured world-renowned speakers, small group work and a graduation ceremony. The ceremony is the culmination of the ICRS certificate program and gives learners unmatched opportunities for career and legacy planning, networking and inspiration.
